Powder when I got it, but it gets hard in an unopened package.
Hi thanks for your feedback we do state on every order that paper and plastic will eventualy let moisture into the extracts and to put them into a glass container. However if you recieved your order in a see through bag these bags were faulty and we have contacted the company and stopped using them 🙂 Please get in touch if you would like a refund or replacment.
